Zoning Board of Appeals

The Board of Appeals is purposed with providing a way for citizens to appeal to the zoning code requirements set forth in Chapter 17 of the Town Code.  The board serves as a quasi-judicial body, listening to testimony and gathering evidence to make their decision.  Each variance request requires a public hearing and written notices are sent before each meeting to surrounding neighbors, notifying them of the variance request.
