Comprehensive Plan
The Town of Delafield has completed a Comprehensive Plan – 2035. The plan was prepared in cooperation with Waukesha County and many surrounding communities. The Plan Commission has recommended adoption of the Comprehensive Plan adopted by Waukesha County (see link below) with changes and modifications noted in Exhibit B of the Plan Commission’s recommendation resolution (see document below). The approval of the plan includes the adoption of a new Land Use Map which you can view at the link below. A public hearing will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2009 regarding the adoption of the plan. More information can be found in the public hearing notice.
