Thomas Farm Rezone Documents

A public hearing to rezone the Thomas Farm to the Planned Development District will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 @ 6:30 PM. This public hearing will be combined with a Waukesha County zoning request, and will have a quorum of the Town Board. The materials required in the Planned Development District ordinance are linked below. The agenda will be published the week of November 27th, which these studies will be referenced.
